USPS Priority Mail as our preferred shipping method. You will be notified by email when
your order is shipped. Please make sure your ship-to address is correct. Orders paid by
check or money order are shipped after payment is cleared by bank. Sorry, no COD
shipments.
USA Orders
Shipping charge $7.50 USD with Priority Mail (US orders only).
Free shipping for orders of $50.00 or more, except for certain items as noted. Use coupon

not satisfied, please let us know what we can do to correct any problem.
The burs we sell are manufactured under very strict international standards (ISO
and CE certifications), which means that defects are extremely rare. In addition,
we take great care in inspecting items before shipping. We will replace or refund
any product defective in workmanship and/or material within 30 days of our
original invoice date. (Refunds are less shipping and handling charges).
Defective item(s) must be returned shipped prepaid for replacement or refund.
Please notify us for authorization prior to returning the defective item(s). Burs not
used for their intended purpose or abused are excluded.
Special Order items are not returnable for refund except if defective.
